Just came back from Morning Exercise

Ran 1.6 km with a timing of 4.45 mins(personal best)
3 sets of 50 push ups
3 sets of 50 sit ups
2 sets of 12 pullups

Now feeling damn high.
Eating my thosai and drinking my protein shake while watching ninja assassin at funshion.
Now i need freaking advice on how to approach THE girl in the gym.
SOMEBODY HELP ME!!

I went for my medical screening at CMPB and got a fucking PES A status.can you believe it?

i dont even think its real.so..booked my ippt on 28th april 2010 at toa payoh stadium.

sit up,standing broad jump,shuttle run,pullups,sit and reach, 2.4km.haiya.mcm...

okay now..i havent been uploading this place for a long time.so here i go
im gonna be enlisted for National Service soon!cool or what sia!hehe
im going berserk over my cardio conditioning because i havent been jogging/running for a few months now.i am aiming for arnd 8 mins for my 2.4km.soo..hope i make it.
my 2 brothers;fariz and matin have been in china for 3 weeks now.3 more weeks to go before their return.

me ryl and kim went to the gym,
saw zal and his friends,saw my juniors,saw my classmate
but the bestest thing of all is the fact that i benchpressed a total of 70kg including the bar.hakim 90 kg.heiryl 60kg.beat that foo!!

Hey peeps,its been weeks since my last update.
so...i went to the gym alone yesterday,got some sets in for my shoulders and back.
word of advice:its better to train alone
so..i got my f**king ipod,instead of red,i got the black one instead as its cooler.kept messing around with the new video application.now ipod fully loaded with ridiculous videos.
so..next week,im heading to sentosa for 2 days;22/12:with secondary mates,24/12:with quilettes 7.
the next time im gonna update this is when i come back from sentosa.

i have successfully benchpressed 20kg on each sides(10 reps,unassisted)Baek kper
for those who dont understand (20kg(right)+20kg(left)=40 total)foo!haha

1)work seems to suck more and more
2)been increasing weight stack in the gym but still 10-13 reps per set(achievement)
3)i want to get a day off so that i can lepak with my brothers and sisters!

yesterday went to sp to meet up with matin and adam
in the end adam dragged the both of us to the soccer court..shittozz.i played with slippers on at 1st but koyak half way..luckily got my gym shoes :D
went to showered at moberly and waited for hakim before heading to RP.

TODAY
Went gym-ming with ryl,kim,mat and surprisingly,haziq.
worked my biceps and chest.thanks mat for the support;literally :P
Minutes before leaving the gym,raden came.den we left.
after that,we went to the stadium to burn fats by running laps and basic exercises.
now shagged but i like the feeling.
tmr,ryl kim and ziq planning to crash at my house and lepak until haziq and ryl head for school.:P

Intended to wake up at 9 so that i can reach gym at around 10 but,i woke up at 10..bullshit sial
quickly showered then had a light breakfast(2 packets of nasi lemak) den quickly rushed off.
At gym,felt motivated to train shoulder.

i wanna have muscles like that-not too defined,not flabby.tomorrow going gym again to train legs and chest.semangat, so that when december klua tak paiseh.
after gym just now,we went to get drinks and food at caltex and sat down to talk about kerje and stuffs.

Went to gym in the morning to do some abs workout,
den headed home to prepare for haziq saputra's openhouse,left at around 2.30.
When i reached his house, all my members lepak kat luar rumah,maklumlah,smue paiseh nk masok.
waited for heiryl's and adam's arrival before makan.
ALAMAK sungguh shiok!!ate sup tulang,lontong,fried chicken and best of all,the sambal udang!POWER!!went off around 7 because heiryl and haziq wanted to cut hair at jurong lamer.
..end of story..

p.s I STILL WANT MORE OF THE SAMBAL UDANG!!

As you guys can see from the title,dope 7 is planning to form a 5 man band named waiting 99.
well,it will have to be formed after somebody named h*k*m,learn how to play a bass.
well for those who dont know,he has yet to learn any instrument from last year.Even though last year he told us that he will learn the bass and god until now he has only learn 2 chords..2 CHORDS I TELL YA!!

Woke up at 9.15..And the word that came to my mind was 'DAMN!!' coz i was gonna be late for gym session with Matin,Heiryl and fariz which starts at 9.30..and i was thinking "wtf?!how come i woke up late despite the alarm on my phone?"
When i checked my phone,the alarm was set for tmr.Haix,such luck..So texted matin to change the time.
At long last me and matin checked in the gym at 11.45 am,while heiryl and fariz came at a later time.Me and mat stayed in the gym for 4 hours.Phew,it sure was straining on the arms.
After gym, (me,matin.fariz,hakim,heiryl) went to queensway as fariz wanted to check out shoes and i wanted to look for red gym gloves(damn,its hard to find red gloves).Left Queensway at arnd 8.Bus-ed home.There was a lot of crap talking on the bus especially from hakim.
When i reached home,food was spread all over the dining table,5 Pizzas from pizza hut,chicken froom KFC, Burgers from burger king but nothing from mac or LJS.haha.
So i can say that i was well fed and i will gain weight by tmr.
haix,feel bored ryte now.

on kocoking,increase the amount of time staying awake in class,include in time for revision and studies. :D
