Intended to wake up at 9 so that i can reach gym at around 10 but,i woke up at 10..bullshit sialquickly showered then had a light breakfast(2 packets of nasi lemak) den quickly rushed off.
At gym,felt motivated to train shoulder.

den trained abs for 1 hour

i wanna have muscles like that-not too defined,not flabby.tomorrow going gym again to train legs and chest.semangat, so that when december klua tak paiseh.
after gym just now,we went to get drinks and food at caltex and sat down to talk about kerje and stuffs.
