so...i went to the gym alone yesterday,got some sets in for my shoulders and back.
word of advice:its better to train alone
so..i got my f**king ipod,instead of red,i got the black one instead as its cooler.kept messing around with the new video application.now ipod fully loaded with ridiculous videos.
so..next week,im heading to sentosa for 2 days;22/12:with secondary mates,24/12:with quilettes 7.
the next time im gonna update this is when i come back from sentosa.

p.s im eyeing topman merchandise and everlast/renoma tanktops

im down with an illness that cause me to vomit,shit and catch a fever
but im feeling better right now.got 3 jabs to my left arm by the doctor.
24 december is set for d7.
Okay,just a short update on whats going on and whats gonna happen
i have successfully benchpressed 20kg on each sides(10 reps,unassisted)Baek kper
for those who dont understand (20kg(right)+20kg(left)=40 total)foo!haha
oh yeah,im going to get one of these babies on 15 dec and its gonna be red!!
