Okay,just a short update on whats going on and whats gonna happen
i have successfully benchpressed 20kg on each sides(10 reps,unassisted)Baek kper
for those who dont understand (20kg(right)+20kg(left)=40 total)foo!haha
oh yeah,im going to get one of these babies on 15 dec and its gonna be red!!
