I went for my medical screening at CMPB and got a fucking PES A status.can you believe it?

i dont even think its real.so..booked my ippt on 28th april 2010 at toa payoh stadium.

sit up,standing broad jump,shuttle run,pullups,sit and reach, 2.4km.haiya.mcm...

anyway,serious stuff aside.now here is a great vid to watch
